Key West Angel Construction

The Sup Key West Angel is an inflatable paddle board made of a single layer of thick PVC (1000 denier). However, a second layer of PVC reinforces the rails of the board, which gives it a higher rigidity. As the board is relatively short, the difference between a single layer and double layer construction is less noticeable than with longer boards. So we have here a board with a very correct stiffness.

The Key West Angel is manufactured with Dropstitch technology, meaning that the hull and deck are connected by thousands of threads that are energized when the board is inflated. This gives the board its shape, and it is also this technology that stiffens the board. The threads distribute the load applied by the rider and allow the board to slide on the water without deforming under the weight of the person who is paddling.

Equipment with the Key West Angel

The deck the board is covered with a very comfortable pad, made of non-slip EVA. The pad is signed to infinity with the brand logo. Its non-slip function ensures maximum grip even in rough conditions. At the front of the board is a large bungee system for storing your equipment and a tow ring under the nose of the board. There are also 4 rings to attach a kayak seat.
